Terms: Shipping costs - $6 for one book, sent First Class by United States Mail, with confirmation of delivery (not a signature requirement by the addressee). If one order is for more than one volume, additional volumes beyond the first will be included at an additional cost of $3 per volume. We accept Visa and Mastercard for purchases. Buyer satisfaction is guaranteed. If unsatisfied for any reason, purchases may be returned in saleable condition for full refund or credit (minus shipping expenses and a 30% restocking fee) within 21 days of receipt. Books ordered that have gone out of print may be returned only within six months of the book’s retirement from print.
